Earl’s Famous Lobster Dip

One of the biggest hits at the Annual Awards Banquet was Earl Pacella’s Lobster Dip.  I forgot to put it in the newsletter this month, so I decided to post it here.

1 lb. lobster meat (frozen or fresh)
16 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonaisse

Mix all ingredients.  Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 40 minutes.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Serve with your  favorite crackers.
