The Sum of the Parts

Veteran ice angler and professional fishing guide Tim Moore will discuss modern tools and techniques developed over the past 30 years that are designed to make ice fishing more productive.  He will highlight some of the products he uses and how to maximize their effectiveness, as well as techniques specifically geared toward finding and catching more fish through the ice.  Whether you fish for lake trout, bass or panfish, this seminar is for you.

Earl’s Famous Lobster Dip

One of the biggest hits at the Annual Awards Banquet was Earl Pacella’s Lobster Dip.  I forgot to put it in the newsletter this month, so I decided to post it here.

1 lb. lobster meat (frozen or fresh)
16 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonaisse

Mix all ingredients.  Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 40 minutes.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Serve with your  favorite crackers.
