Year Long Big Fish Tournament

Details 

Dates: MAY 1 THROUGH OCTOBER 31 

Species: Striped Bass and Bluefish

Location: Anywhere  

Trophy Categories: By Species, Boat, Shore, Fly Divisions, adult and junior divisions

Recording Method:  Catch and Release (overall length), or Kept (weight)  

Rules

1. Time caught may be used as a tie breaker if the need arises. 
2. Any incomplete slips will be considered invalid. 
3. Any angler may hold only one trophy position per category.  
4. All slips must be turned in by November 1, or postmarked no later that Nov 1.  
5. Late slips will be considered invalid.  

Weigh In Slip

All fish must be recorded on an official weigh in slip. 

PISC affidavit slips may be obtained at monthly meetings, or from the web site.  

Photocopies are acceptable, or any official weigh in slip from a weigh station. 

Valid weigh in slips include:  

1. Species  
2. Time and Date Caught
3. Weight (if kept) 
4. Length  
5. Angler's Name 
6. Witness' Signature  

Note: Catch and release entries must include:, where caught, how caught and if it was boat or surf.  

Slips may be turned in at the monthly meetings, at Surfland, by mail to the tournament director.  

We recommend keeping a photo copy of each slip for your records. 

Standings and Awards

Updates are listed in the monthly newsletter. Trophies will be awarded at the Awards Night 

Banquet. All senior participating slips will be entered in a drawing for a special
