Meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of the month at
the Newbury Fire Hall.
Doors open at 6:30pm for set up,coffee and donuts.
Meetings start at
7:30pm.
A Growing club of 250 Plus recreational
fishermen, who are involved in Surf, Boat and Fly Fishing with interest in other related
areas such as Beach Access, Conservation, Fishery Management Planning, and
offering young people the experience of salt water fishing with an adult
mentor. We hold year round monthly meetings for sharing fishing
experiences, discussing club issues and showcasing popular speakers.
The club hosts several club outings including: an Invitational Fishing
Tournament every May in which a number of local clubs participate for fun and
prizes; a number of trips to
places like Martha's Vineyard; Kids outings to local beaches; as well as a
year long Big Fish Tournament (Stripers, Blues, Fly Fishing, Boat and Shore).
Our monthly newsletter, "The Plum Line" informs the members of what
is happening in the area, along with up to date fishing reports, weather, and
tide charts on our web site. We have lots of fun for the whole family,
so come join the club and participate in our "Members Only Fishing
