Smelt Fishing Trip 2012
The Club has reserved five shacks for the night to give club members a chance at experiencing a Down East tradition....Winter Smelting in Maine. If the smelts are running, it's not unheard of a shack catching 2 - 300 of these tasty morsels in just 1 tide! Each shack is heated and has electricity. ;-).
The price is just for the shack. Transportation to and from the camp will be up to each member(s). The smelt camp sells sea worms at $4-5 a dozen; but you are welcome to bring your bait. You can also bring a cooler and a grill.
